YOUR ROLE

• Managing and processing the day-to-day activities related to Accounts Payable (A/P); processing A/P invoices and declarations, processing payments, following up on discrepancies as well as clearing related B/S accounts

• Managing and processing the day-to-day activities related to Accounts Receivable (A/R); cash collection including preparing reminders, monthly reporting of overdue balances and liaising with colleagues and Management in order to limit bad debt risks

• Intercompany (I/C) invoicing and reconciliation

• Processing bank statements including monthly reconciliation

• Assisting with daily financial administration including the periodic close process

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports

YOUR BACKGROUND

• You have completed a relevant MBO-4 or HBO-level education (e.g. in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration).

• You have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial administration.

• You have a strong affinity with the sports and entertainment industry.

• You are accurate, analytical and solution-oriented, with a proactive mindset.

• You are confident working with accounting software (preferably AFAS) and Microsoft 365.

• You are comfortable communicating in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
