SEG is looking for an experienced finance administrator to strengthen our Finance & Accounting Team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and improving our financial processes, while contributing to the operational excellence of a leading international talent management agency. Start date: July 2025 Location: SEG Head Office, Amsterdam
YOUR ROLE
Managing and processing the day-to-day activities related to Accounts Payable (A/P); processing A/P invoices and declarations, processing payments, following up on discrepancies as well as clearing related B/S accounts
Managing and processing the day-to-day activities related to Accounts Receivable (A/R); cash collection including preparing reminders, monthly reporting of overdue balances and liaising with colleagues and Management in order to limit bad debt risks
Intercompany (I/C) invoicing and reconciliation
Processing bank statements including monthly reconciliation
Assisting with daily financial administration including the periodic close process
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
YOUR BACKGROUND
You have completed a relevant MBO-4 or HBO-level education (e.g. in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration).
You have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial administration.
You have a strong affinity with the sports and entertainment industry.
You are accurate, analytical and solution-oriented, with a proactive mindset.
You are confident working with accounting software (preferably AFAS) and Microsoft 365.
You are comfortable communicating in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
