Sports Entertainment Group (SEG) is an international talent management agency that guides over 600 talents, aiming to create and maximise their best career opportunities. Our mission is to redefine the talent agency industry. We strive to set a new standard of transparency and integrity for the entire sports and entertainment industry.
Our talents are professionally and locally guided by a 360° support network consisting of over 130 dedicated agents, operating from 40 countries worldwide. Our goal is to inspire talents, to boost their passion and turn their dreams into reality.
Our history, in short
SEG was founded in 2000 by childhood friends Kees Vos and Alex Kroes. Their passion for sports and football, combined with their unrivaled entrepreneurial talents, formed the basis of SEG’s success. In 2007 SEG Cycling was founded and from the start, the cycling division has enjoyed great success. In 2018 SEG launched the esports division when it was clear that the booming competitive gaming industry was and is desperately in need of professional career guidance. In 2019 SEG was the first talent agency to start its own education department, the SEG Academy, which develops educational programs for both agents and staff. One year later SEG entered the field of music and entertainment and set up a brand new division: SEG Artists. In 2022 SEG formed a partnership with FlowSports, the largest Dutch management agency in women’s football, to take women’s football to the next level.
