Yade Lauren introduces Ms Lauren

The album was announced on September 13th during her headline show at Parels van de Stad, where she played the new material live for the first time. Ms Lauren was released on September 25th, featuring the previously released single WTBBA along with the new track GGZ.

Where Reflecties laid the foundation back in 2020, Ms Lauren is all about the person behind Yade Lauren. The album moves between confidence, exuberance and vulnerability, and shows an artist putting forward a vision that's entirely her own. Yade carries that same thread through visually and live too. For her show at Parels van de Stad, she worked on the creative direction, visuals, choreography and live arrangements herself.

With Ms Lauren, it doesn't feel like just a second album, it feels like the introduction of a whole new side of Yade Lauren.
