The board of talent management agency SEG has named Bill O’Shea (60) as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective 31 March 2025.
Bill brings to SEG over thirty years of leadership experience in financial management, treasury operations, financial planning & reporting, and strategy and acquisition integration. Prior to joining SEG, he held CFO roles in privately-owned international business groups based in the Middle East, as well as in Europe. Earlier in his career, he held senior Finance roles in Starbucks Corporation and PepsiCo International.
“We have entrusted Bill with all aspects of the company’s finances, including treasury, administration and financial strategy”, says SEG founder Kees Vos. “With his extensive experience and expertise, Bill will also play a key role in new ventures — acquisitions, major partnerships and new international expansion initiatives. His pleasant personality is a natural fit for our company culture.”
Bill affirms he’s both impressed and energised by the drive and ambition of the SEG team: “The organisation has a flat structure and a highly proactive team dynamic. There are many opportunities to further accelerate the company’s growth. Everyone I’ve met so far has been very welcoming, and I’m genuinely looking forward to supporting the team in achieving and hopefully exceeding the company’s goals.”
