The biggest football transfers tend to dominate the headlines: the press conferences, the shirt reveals, the social media buzz. But behind those high-profile moves, a quieter but equally important story unfolds every summer.

At SEG, we represent over 800 footballers. While a select group competes at the highest level, the majority are young players between the ages of 15 and 21 who are still in the early stages of their professional development. When they make a transfer, it rarely generates a press release. Yet, these transfers are just as significant. A move to a bigger club, a first experience in a new league or a new environment are each crucial steps forward in a young athlete's professional and personal growth.

This summer window has already brought a strong wave of such moves, with young talents joining big clubs across the globe. Below is a selection of the deals so far. With the window still in its early stages, we expect this list to grow considerably in the coming weeks.
