For North Star Investments B.V., a holding company with interests in Sports Entertainment Group, among others, we are looking for a new colleague in the Finance team.
Your background
At least a completed MBO education in the field of financial administration
At least 3 years' relevant work experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable administration
Proficiency in English and Dutch
A team player with a great sense of responsibility
Employable full-time
Able to perform under pressure
Accurate, structured and attentive to detail
Extensive experience with Excel
Experience with Twinfield and Basecone is a plus
Your job
Processing purchase invoices for multiple operating companies. This includes checking invoices for accuracy, coding and booking invoices for processing in the accounts
You manage the finance mailboxes and direct all incoming and outgoing communication
Preparing and sending outgoing invoices
Taking care of debtor management (sending reminders and demands, calling customers about outstanding items, etc.)
Processing the bank book
Checking, processing and paying out claims from internal employees
You are the point of contact for questions about invoices, disputes and payments
Our offer
A salary between €2,300 and €3,400 gross per month based on a 40-hour working week and depending on knowledge and experience

The team consists of 4 enthusiastic colleagues, consisting of the Manager Finance, Coordinator Department Finance, Employee Finance and yourself in the position of Employee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
